As expected. Good food at a good price service was good every now and then you might get hit or miss on service you get better service earlier in the day than you do at night but I think that's at most restaurants.
IHOPs are good places to eat. The new hamburgers are very good. Late at night, the service is extremely slow. That angers me a little because when I look around the restaurant when I'm there at slow times, there aren't many customers there.
Great food, good service, and friendly staff. Everything you could ask at for. The cook we had was exemplary! The eggs were perfect, meat seared to perfection, pancakes we're delicious!!
