This place is probably great for people that are less familiar with Vietnamese food. There is full translation and explanations of each item on the menu and they've modified things to accommodate an American pallet. We got a large pho tai chin, large pho tai Nam, and a bun bo hue. The large is not very large. The pho broth is not good. The bun bo hue only comes with 3 slices of well done flank and 3 slices of cha. You are supposed to make bun bo hue with a thick round rice noodle but they just used pho noodle here. It is fine but not at all authentic. It was very busy when we went. It is located in a plaza with a parking lot. Overall, the food is not great and I would not recommend it.

Amazing service!! Came with a big party of about 14 people and they made everything perfect. We are traveling from out of town and the experience here was very good. Definitely recommend them. They had some of the best pho I have ever had! The food was amazing we had the #30 with beef and tripe as well as fried rice w/tofu there were many other orders and no one was ever dissatisfied. The workers were so friendly!

Worst pho ever. The soup was pure msg not bone broth and I ordered fatty brisket but got God knows what few pieces of hard meats it was also ordered the cubed steak but it was over cooked jerky. Would never go back ever. You have been warned.

I've lived by this place for a few years and was always curious about it. I finally came in and the service was really fast! The server was very attentive and friendly. The food was also ready very quickly and it was very delicious! I can be picky when it comes to pho, this pho broth was rich in flavor and the chicken and noodles were delicious! I'll definitely be back for more!

I was in the area visiting and in the mood for Vietnamese Pho and spring rollsPho 36 was easy to find and offered a very large menu. The only thing to watch for is they have separate lunch and dinner hours. That isn't really called out in their online hours listing. I had arrived early for dinner and had to wait a bit for them to reopen. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. They offer both dine-in and carryout.

A great local hole in the wall location for some delicious Pho. Friendly staff, quality ingredients and a guaranteed full belly when you leave.

I've been coming here for a few years, and this is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff are so kind and wonderful, and always remember us when we come in. I have tried many of the dishes, and have never had something I didn't enjoy. Overall, great customer service, amazing food, and I highly encourage everyone to give this place a try!

It's rare beef pho and spring roll are what you'd expect. It's a small place perfect for a quick bite. The menu has recently changed so if you're a veteran of this place make sure you look at the menu before ordering.

Tried this place for first time last evening. Is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Avon, an extremely chain packed suburb of Indianapolis with a few sprinkles of local restaurants within. Will say that this joint was better than expected. I am not a lenient grader when it comes to southeast Asian cuisine, but also do not want to hurt local businesses by poor ratings unless they literally beg me to, so the 4 star is solid. It competes with most of the Vietnamese restaurants in indy metro but reasoning for lack of 5 star review is simply that it is not in the "elite" few that I would place king wok and pho vn. Rest of indy metro, this joint is as good or better. Kitchen seemed flexible, as they had okay'd making me Bahn coun (steamed rice flour crepe) which is not on their official menu. I didn't take this offer as they got very busy quickly on a Friday evening. They add kimchi to anything which is a huge plus for the fermented lovers of the world. The wontons were house made and absolutely delicious. Server was fantastic. She was alone and working with 8 tables or so and still chased me out in the parking lot to give me my debit card forgotten at close out. The negatives were that the egg rolls very thin and lacked substance, grilled chicken on the bun *vermicelli dish* was fair..but the menu was surprisingly expansive and I will definitely be back to give another shot. I want to rephrase this, 4 star based on indy metro, 5 star based on chain centric inauthentic west suburbs.

Their broth is hearty and rich. Complex flavor profile. Many levels and layers of care in that kitchen.
