Dietary restrictions: Our youngest has a severe allergy to eggs and the staff is always polite and willing to verify whatever we are getting for him doesn't have eggs in it.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is patient and kind to our kids at every visit.
So I get they are a very busy place but the girl got my order wrong and when I got it and realized it was wrong I told the lady at the window do you want to go make the right order the other one that took my order was standing there watching giving me weird looks the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable then when I asked would you like me to pay the difference or take back the wrong order she said no we can't take it back just throw it in the trash like I get it but it's not my fault she didn't hear me or just didn't put it in right why and I getting additude

The food/ice cream tastes good but I feel like they never get our order right. They either forget to add stuff I paid for or every time I order a cyclone there’s only like 2 pieces of mix ins. Also I ordered a frozen yoghurt with strawberries on top today and the strawberries were so liquidy it looked like strawberry soup. I don’t want to rate this place any lower than 3 because the food does taste good but there’s always something missing or weird going on with our order… so in that case can’t be rated higher than a 3!
