Came in store...never been here before. Was so looking forward to some old school Carl's Jr food. They didn't even want to give me time or even talk to me...there was no one in the restaurant amd no one I'm drive thru. Very sucky. Hate this store amd suggest no one else come

I ordered breakfast online, 45 minutes in advance, because we wanted to pick it up on our way through, heading north to a dr appt. When we arrived, they had not even started our order and we were 8min later than when I requested the food to be prepared. We were pulled aside so they could cook the chicken...30 MINUTES Later I went inside and the food STILL wasn't ready and they were waiting for French Toast Sticks at that point. They were mockingly rude and we had to leave without our PAID FOR food. We received NO REFUND at the time and I am STILL WAITING for a response through the app. I love our Bedford Hardee's but the Bloomington location is HORRIBLE & I do not recommend them At All!!!

Employees were amazing food was fresh and hot the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend other to eat out at this place.
It is a fast food restaurant, I know they may work short handed and all, but a nicer attitude towards customers goes a long ways.You also have employees fighting with each other about food and anything else you can think of.Food was OK but not hot but decent, but on the upside the bathrooms were decent!!
I went for lunch today as a mushroom and Swiss sounded good. Boy did I make a big mistake. Building was cold, might as well been eating outside. They had no soda, lady at the counter had an attitude. Worst of all, the sorry excuse for "food" I wouldn't even give my dog was served to me. Not even edible. I basically took my lunch break to drive up and give Hardee's $13 for dog food. Never again!

Went in at 7:55 am nobody's in the store or drive thru, stood at the counter for five minutes only to have the counter person come up front and say "you shouldn't be here it's only 8am and that we should be at home". We were told that it was 8am by his register we could not get the early specials. We were getting food seven people and told that they didn't have the food to fill that big of an order. My advice to anyone is to avoid this place like the plague.

We had a great experience. We enjoyed our breakfast food and we had a great customer service experience. My daughter didn't want breakfast food so as soon as they were able they started on her chicken fingers & fries. Everyone working there worked well together. Great teamwork! The lady running the drive thru is a rock star and the young lady that rung me up was super sweet! We will be back for sure!
I absolutely love their breakfast BUT when it comes to their burgers... Recently they are luke warm. They used to have the great juicy burgers till they changed them to some precooked barely warm patties doesn't even melt the cheese ?
