Missing items from order. Lobby was closed, no one would answer the phone. Employees outside unwilling to help. Had to go back through the drive thru during lunch time to get my items purchased. Food was cold by the time it was all said and done. Customer service was awful. If your lobby is closed you need to be answering your phones no one gets it right 100% of the time so not giving customers a way to correct a mistake in a timely manner is very unprofessional and a bad look for “fast” food.

I went in and there was a sign that said order from kiosk. No problem I get it staff shortages. I explained twice to a man not wearing proper uniform and had a weird eye(not making fun describing the man) that there was an issue with the app and it logged me out, I had already placed my order, it would not let me check in. He proceeded to tell me twice there was nothing he could do until I checked in. I kept telling him the app is not working and I could not log in or check in. I told him politely “sir I understand but there is an issue I can’t check in, it’s not loading. I already placed and paid.” Then said again he couldn’t do anything. Very rude, and I’ve had problems with the app and I know they can look up all online orders in their queue. I also have had friends who work there who could do that.

If you wonder why it's so slow, the yelling and general chatter amongst the employees inside is the reason. Forgetting orders that were just placed...then standing there and pondering it for a while. Story telling so loudly i can hear from the lobby. And the subject matter and attitudes are not appropriate for closed door conversations let alone where the general public can hear. Absolutely useless.

If you can avoid this McDonald’s please do it. There are a select few workers who are nice and know what they are doing but most do not. I understand fast food restaurants are busy but having a nasty atmosphere, and customer service is not acceptable. Today we were greeted with “hi” that was it, so we waited to order because, a couple minutes later we were asked “do you plan on ordering.” Still being nice we ordered. First window guy was EXTREMELY rude after we asked a question. Second window was clearly a manager at first, she handed us our drinks and then rudely said “waiting on your food” and slammed the window. Second Gentleman to hand us our food was very kind!! I always check the bag before leaving, it looked correct granted I did not open our boxes of food. You could tell from the drive thru how nasty the inside was with polar pop cups on the counters, etc etc! Our order was 2 reg patties (we were charged for steak), 2 drinks, one quarter pounder, one medium fry, one small fry & a 6 piece nugget well done. We get home and have 2 quarters and fries. It was okay we were still going to eat it. Take ONE bite and the quarter meat was COLD and raw to the bite. Disgusting. We start eating the fries and half of them look very undercooked. I call the store to ask for a refund, I speak with Brittney. From the start very unprofessional and rude. Started getting an attitude over the phone when I was explaining the situation. In management you are PROFESSIONAL regardless of the industry. After finally getting my words out and asked for a refund she asked if I was coming in today or tomorrow. That was it. Absolutely horrible management and service. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Food Service was terrible. 1/4lbs and reg meat patties were not cooked all the way. Still cold and mostly pink. Was given the wrong food, and noticed when we got home. Which was not a huge deal had the food been cooked. Fries were cold and soggy. We then called the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Brittany who was rude and seemed to not care at all. Pretty sad food is not cooked all the way when it literally goes down with a timer that tells you when it’s done. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of town to a different McDonalds than visit this one again, which I will be. I will never recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

I never leave reviews but this McDonalds is genuinely one of the worst. Everytime ive been here i expect a 10-20 minute wait when the lot is EMPTY. I sat at the ordering screen in the drive-thru for 9 minutes before i just went up to the window myself. The guy kept taking the other sides order 3 times before he told me to wait, and took the next 2 people on the other side. After I pulled up he said he couldnt hear my order because he had his airpods in his ears while working. I ordered on the App as well, which they wouldve gotten beforehand and they still made me pull around and park for ONE cheeseburger. This about the average experience anytime I go in the drive-thru or inside.

David, working at the drive thru window was one of the nicest mcdonalds workers ever. He definitely made the day a whole lot better. He was having fun while doing his job and just so polite. Definitely loved our experience at this mcdonalds and David. Thankyoj David.

Place is filthy. Sat down and they were supposed to bring food to table. After 15 mins went to counter and Manager said she was too busy and they were too short to bring to table.
