First, the service was great but the waiter would not let me finish my food before asking me a question. Mhmm, yes I would love a refill as my mouth is full of steak. Mhmm, yes, thank you the food is good but I haven't gotten to swallow it yet.Food was really good though and the wait was short because we were one of the few tables occupied. Mostly just complaining and hopefully it was just bad timing.

Service was great but it took 3 times to get a steak well done like I originally asked for. This was only my second visit to outback and even on the first visit my steak was not well done and took forever to get a medium rare steak that I did not ask for. So I guess if you go to outback and you want a well done steak ask for it burnt.

Service was great but the cooks do not know how to cook a steak. Went to the Jeffersonville IN location and asked for well done steak and it was pink inside. Went to Bloomington IN and same thing, they made a replacement and the replacement was worse then the first, dripping blood. 3rd one was finally well done. Service was fast and

Went to Outback in Bloomington. Service and atmosphere was great. However the food was not so great. The steak had no flavor. My fiancé had the alice springs chicken and boy was it tiny compared to years past. It was literally 3 bites. Will never go back. Would not recommend at all. Go to Roadhouse.

My husband and I rarely get to go out so when we do, we always cherish that time. Today we decided to have lunch here and we could not be happier. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Our server, Brandy, was with us very quickly and we had our drinks and order in, in no time at all. We hadn't even finished our delicious salads before our steaks were brought out. Brandy stayed and had us check our steaks to ensure they were cooked properly, which they were. The entire meal was absolutely delicious but the stand out of everything was Brandy. She was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She anticipated our needs and insured that our meal was perfect. We were so happy that we asked to speak to the manager to brag on Brandy and the food. He clearly takes pride in his establishment and is very encouraging of his employees.I highly recommend coming here for a great steak and phenomenal service!

We have eaten here forever. I am Celiac. You know gluten free. I ordered from the gluten free menu. They brought my salad slathered with salad dressing. Covered with croutons. I told the waitress I ordered from a gf menu. She said I’m sorry we’ll make another for you. She Took the salad to the kitchen. 10 minutes later I was brought the exact salad back minus the croutons. I paid 85.00 for a dinner that I couldn’t eat all of it. They won’t be getting my business again. I’ll go to we will try Chipotle’s beside them next time. I ate at Chipotles in Augusta Georgia. When I said Celiac. The waiters stood still the young man changed his apron washed his hands and put on clean gloves then proceeded to wait on me. I cried. My daughter looked at me and smiled. See Mom I told you that’s the way Chipotle’s is.Dietary restrictions: They had a gluten free menu. But apparently don’t follow it. Beware. My salad was covered with them this time. This was the second time croutons were put on my salad.

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch date here! Going into the restaurant, it was very clean, and staff was welcoming and seated us quickly. Our server, Brandy, took very very good care of us. She was attentive, friendly and made sure everything was to our liking. Our food was fantastic, steaks cooked and seasoned to perfection as was all of the food. Our lunch date was >perfect< . A huge shout out to Brandy, thank you so much for making our day, you are very kind, attentive, and work extremely hard, thank you. My wife and I decided to ask to speak to management (who was also very professional and nice!) to brag on our experience. It was so good. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Valentine's Day so extremely busy. I understand this! Got curbside had to call after waiting 17 minutes after text stating order was ready for them to bring it out. Didnt get our deserts. When called to tell them this phone was laid on counter I could hear the conversation with other employees. Then phone was picked up and hung up on me.
