This is "my" Starbucks and I've never had a problem! I used to pick up once a week for my office (10+ drinks) and the drinks were always correct and always ready on time. The employees all knew me on sight, and were always helpful offering to help me carry things to my car, asking if I needed paper bags/ drink stickers/etc!!!

VERY LONG WAIT14 minutes from when I placed my order until I got my drink. That was long enough for the guy ahead of me to place his order, run next door, get his hair cut, run back, and still be able to pick up his drink right when it hit the counter.BTW this was at 11 am on a Wednesday.

I've done a lot of Starbucks over the years. But this was the first time I was deeply disappointed. Ordered a Caramel Ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch. While they prepared it swiftly, when I was in the car and driving again I tasted it. It was like weak milk with some caramel and crunch thrown in.Ordinarily I would have turned around and requested they redo it but I was already late leaving town so had to let it go. Hopefully the next time I stop it will be better. I'm choosing the believe that someone was simply having a difficult day and missed something in the production process.

Dumb has reached an ALL TIME high here, walk in to an EMPTY store, ask to order a coffee to go, to an employee standing looking at the cash register, was told go get in my car and drive through or get on my phone to place the order.I chose to get in my car and LEAVE this nonsense.Lazy days are past understandable or recognizable of our country.Do not recommend

The staff was friendly but my drink tasted like nothing. I got a vanilla frappe with a shot of chai, I mean you could taste sugar but there wasn't enough flavor to taste any chai & barely vanilla. I'm too poor to get Starbucks often it's kindof a treat, & I was in a hurry through the drive thru so didn't have time to go back after paying almost 7$ for what tasted like a water slushie with a little creamer =/

Not a great experience today. This place was loud and the baristas were slow. I need someone to explain why Starbucks seems to choose the worst combination of chair feet and floor tiles to make such an extreme scraping sound. Wow!As well, it was a crisp 64 degrees outside with the AC blasting cold air for the two hours I was here with my coffee and laptop. Just not a great experience at all.Parking: Easy to park the Sprinter van.

The girl at at the window 12:15 today deserves the fattest smooch. Her greeting was just so cute and immediately put me in a good mood. And when I got to the window she helped me figure out how to claim my birthday reward and was so excited that it was my birthday. Like miss girl. Much love and appreciation.
