I like the food at this taco bell, but my order is never right. The staff are friendly and fast, but even the last time I went our order was both prepared incorrectly and missing items. This seems to happen often.

The drive thru staff was friendly and she got my order correct. It was prepared quickly. The food was disappointing. My hard shelled taco broke open through the bottom because it was so soggy and wet. The quesadilla was really bland. The cheesy rice and bean burrito was the worst I've ever had. The taste was really off and there was hardly any cheese.

I got box combo and two bean burritos plus sour cream and I got little sour cream on my burrito so I had to take it back up there and it took forever to get my food but finally when I got it the burrito's had little sour cream on it and the manager did take care of it right away so I'm pretty happy with this Taco

Apart from the usual mistakes of messing up orders, today was a next level. I waited 2 hours for my order.I had to ask an employee twice about it to which she said she is checking on it then not actually doing it. I watched people coming in after and ordering in front of me get their orders quicker. This is extremely unprofessional and does not embody “fast food.” After repeatedly telling employees and another customer even having to speak on my behalf, they finally made it. Two hours later. I stood for two hours waiting for 4 items.The manager said he can either take my food or give me a refund because I requested one. What an understanding manager, Dominic or Dominick. He upgraded my drink to large as if that was the right hospitality choice. After making a customer wait 2 hours, 120 minutes, you can’t even refund me? He told me it might have gotten stolen and word for word said “you have not been waiting here for two hours.” Check your damn security footage and transactional SMS.I already have reached out to corporate but this retail front is extremely understaffed and I know this from experience and everyone there complaining on a daily basis. The management is poor and pathetic.

I visited this taco bell the other night and while waiting in the drive through line I decided to check my debit card balance. I accidentally keyed in the wrong pin number one too many times and my card locked. This has happened before and usually a password reset will fix the problem but this generally takes a few minutes to complete. I was just initiating the process when I pulled up to the window and had to apologize to the employee and explain the situation. The employee smiled kindly, handed my order and dismissed me. This doesn't happen often and I greatly appreciated the relief of stress at that particular moment and am writing this honestly as a way to say thank you.Kid-friendliness: Been a favorite of my children and saved us on countless occasions.
