“What a beautiful restoration of this old building! So classy and bright! I loved hearing my shoes clicking on the refurbished wood floors. A delight to eat at. We stopped in for a late lunch after taking our granddaughter to the park. I ate a tuna melt and the tuna was very good. Two slices of cheese and toasted Texas toast cooked in butter. My husband had a reuben and was well pleased with his. My little granddaughter nibbled on her giant grill cheese. I should have asked them to quarter the sandwich. The root beer was delicious too. I had coffee with half and half. We later had the enormous cookies. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Warm, contemporary and clean. I appreciate that!My little granddaughter has stomach problems and the staff went out of their way to comfort her. They made an effort to make her feel better. So compassionate.I highly recommend this gorgeous cafe.“
