Great atmosphere, but not enough workers
Nice people and a good time
Most ticket machines don't work,some won't take money, some won't cash tickets, it's a guessing game if there will be a bartender, no cooked food, sometimes not even a teller to cash tickets
Honestly I think this place is pretty good the staff are nice to me when I come in some stuff they could approve on but over all its a good place
Its lost some lustre in the past few months since legal sports betting in KY. Be careful if ya win a lot, some bad people will follow you home....
Close this place down already. The most disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. Business hours aren't reliable. They close down 15 mins early on March Madness so you cannot cash your tickets. Nobody has ever answered the phones when you call. Today a note says temporarily closed but have seen 4 employees going inside. Still nobody answering the phones.
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location and times, hardly a wait on making a betCons: Needs renovated. More food options.What once seemed to be a thriving place has changed over thelast 3-4 years or so. Business has taken a hit in that time
Hate to give bad reviews but this place needs a facelift. Positive, the viewing quality is great from so many screens and bathrooms seem clean. The negative it’s a very depressing atmosphere. I get it’s an otb but how about some customer service. Couple of the chairs are worn and need to be replaced. More food options would be a plus as well. I’ll go back but only because it’s the only one
