Bonjour FOOD MAPPIES I had a taste for a milkshake, so I stopped at DQ. I had ordered the jalapeños burger, onion rings, peanut butter milkshake/cookie milkshake. The burger was BANG BANG BANG BANGING. Onion rings were cooked to perfection. It's crispy and easy to eat. You know how some onions rings b soft, and when you bite into it, the whole onion comes out the breading. ??♀️ NOT THIS 1 BAABBE. The fries were good. Milkshake was MILKSHAKING. WHEN I SAY MY MILKSHAKE BRINGS ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD. That's what I mean. I was creamy and you can taste all the cookies in it. I'm not sure all the cookies, but I know it was peanut butter cookies, oreo cookies, and a sugar cookie. Don't quote me, but yes, it fulfilled my needs. FYI, MY FIRST TIME EATING DQ. If you never had them like me, go try them out?

Run of the mill DQ. The ice cream is always on point, but the only food that's worth eating here is the chicken fingers. The place is clean, but the service needs work. The staff at the front counter barely listens when you are giving your order. The plain hamburger we ordered came out with everything on it. We got two blizzards, one of them wasn't even part of our order. It's DQ, so don't expect much.

We've lived back in Dyer for quite a number of years, so we've gone to this Dairy Queen a lot.So first, the good. The actual staff of this Dairy Queen is phenomenal (some of the best I've ever seen, extra surprising for a cheap/chain establishment) the restaurant is always clean, and the grill/hot food is rarely messed up and always tastes good. MOST LIKELY your experience here will be good, much better than a lot of the other places around the Tri-Town Area.My real bone to pick with this location is the ice cream, specifically Blizzards. Whenever we go out for Blizzards, we always pay a little extra to get extra filling? Toppings? For instance, extra Oreos in an Oreo Blizzard, extra M&M's in an M&M Blizzard, etc.I think I've been satisfied doing that MAYBE once or twice. We pay extra, and I feel like I get ever so slightly more fillings. It's honestly almost imperceptible to just ordering it normally. I look forward to actually getting extra fillings, so I keep paying for it, and I'm always wondering where it's at. I've actually come home a number of times with a Blizzard with "extra" in it, and it's had basically nothing. The times after that, I've gone back and just gotten it regular, and it's had the same.Not sure if that's a corporate thing or this location, but for a great many years, when you paid for the extra, you got it, and now you don't. My advice with this location is to stick with the hot food, or just order the Blizzard normally because if you want extra filling you're basically getting robbed.
