me and friend went for lunch (11:00)- ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger- when we got them burger wasnt even hot( couldnt melt cheese) and bacon was cold...!!!! took it back , thinking they would make fresh- but no, they said they microwaved it hot... ugh... what happened to hot off the grill... 2nd time this has happened at this Burger King, not ever going back...!!!

I hate to say it, however the Burger King experience has become horribly plain and disappointing. At this location the only good thing I can say is the bathroom is clean. The chicken nuggets are dry and barely warm. The mozzarella sticks are horrendous. And the fries aren't salted. The only thing that is expected at this point is that I'm going to be disappointed, unless I need a restroom.

Kim is the store manager. Was ride from beginning to end. I handed her my money she placed my change on the counter. She rushed is out of the dining room. Just horrible. The morning manager is rude as well.

Drive thru took forever even though we placed a mobile order and alerted to start making it before we even got there. Order was also missing drinks and mozzarella sticks when it was handed over.

I like this Burger King in particular because they are always fast and the food is always freshly made. I don't think I've ever had to wait long for anything here, and the employees are friendly.
I drove 2 hours to get over charged and the food was obviously sitting as they had no cars in the lot and provided my food in a matter of seconds. I usually let little things go but this place was disgusting and from the window instantly regretted picking this place over the obvious better choice down the road. It's not BK as a whole but this particular franchise that needs a reboot. And if they don't I feel burger king should step in and condemn this terrible interpretation of itself. It's dives like this that put franchises out of business. And the fake reviews saying this place is better then the don down the street are laughable. Those are obviously employees or something to that effect. I love BK but this place is terrible.
