I have never been to an Applebee's that was empty (no people). The hostess was rude. The drinks took FOREVER...even though there was no one there! BUT, our waitress (Chantelle?) Was a doll!! Other than her...not so great.
First off, I do want to say the hostess deserves a raise. She was trying to help and fill in wherever she could!It took over 15 minutes from the time we were seated for someone to take our drink orders. Our waiter walked by us at least 5 times and did not stop at any point. He said they were understaffed, but it was apparent they didn't try to make the situation better. I don't mind issues as long as thr restaurant tries to make it better. That did not happen. The food was cold...read full review
