First time being here. I ordered a hot specialty latte. It took her 20 seconds to make and it was clearly not fresh because it was so cold. First time probably ever I’ve had that happen at a coffee shop. Cute place and kind barista, but would really expect to get hot fresh coffee!

This place did really feel like a true barista store. Unlike Starbucks, this area was quiet but in a calm way. We didn't even have to ring a bell or anything, as soon as we walked in the lady heard us and immediately started to take our orders. When we said to give us a moment to look she had no problem doing so. After a short while I asked a question and she answered immediately and assured that I can create my own style. The taste of the coffee was a bit bitter, a little bit more sweetness and it would've been good. The price of the coffee is as expected, overpriced. But I had a good experience overall.Vegetarian options: I highly recommend vegans and vegetarians come here for coffeeKid-friendliness: I don't recommend kids drink coffee so I wouldn't take them hereWheelchair accessibility: This place is located inside a mall so if you enter the mall, you're able to enter here.Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they're willing to meet any dietary restriction you may or may not have, the staff was very accommodating for me
