A few coworkers and I set up a taste test appt at Carne Asada today. We are looking to have BBQ catered at our Christmas Party this year. Of course the food was excellent and the sides were very unique and delicious. But what was even better than the food was their hospitality! They were so wonderful. Brought us out samples of pulled pork, chicken, brisket, burnt ends, ribs & a smoked pork chop that melts in your mouth. All the sides including awesome jalepeno cheddar

Excellent food, and truly unique for the area. The brisket is miles better than any you can get in Evansville, the sauce is vinegary and tangy unlike anything else in town. The side dishes are unique and delicious, try the brisket Mac and cheese if you like smoky flavors, the Texas caviar if you like black eyed peas, and the corn may well be as good as the brisket.
