I go here with my grandma and uncle to get a few burgers. We get our food and sit down take a bite, the bun is cold like it just came out of the fridge, the party is cold, the cheese is not melted just there, and it was so dry I could only take two bites. Complete waste of $20 will never visit your location again. We complained and the kid at the counter doesn't get a manager or anything just says "I gotchu next time". Horrible experience
We had an enjoyable time while at this Dairy Queen store. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We purchased ice-cream cones and asked for water. The ice-cream was just as good as always. The physical plant was very clean and well lit. Only problem we experienced was that the place was freezing. Really no complaints.

I went to Dairy Queen, because I ate at the Jasper Dairy Queen 2 weeks ago and it was wonderful. I purchased a 4 piece chicken fingers dinner with fries and gravy. I only live a few blocks away. When I got home I couldn't believe the difference. The chicken strips were 1/2 the size as the ones in Jasper. WHY? The gravy was COLD. Not cool, COLD. The bread was not toasted and there were enough fries to cover the bottom of the box.
