First off: SLOW. Girl at the register was wayyyyy too slow for food service--couldn't focus long enough to get our order, barely knew what they had, didn't get the order right, and also was wearing HOUSE SHOES and a shower cap, so please explain. Also, the sign said it would take 30 minutes if you ordered the fried chicken. How are you in business? When we did get our food, it was not accurate (surprise) and we were given no utensils or napkins. Second: DIRTY. Decor is awful--like does not make you FEEL like eating--maybe waiting in a junky office for your car to get fixed? We could not find one clean table to sit at (plates of food were piled high), so we picked the least dirty one and sat down to wait as we wondered when, if ever, the tables would get bussed (note there were only two other 2-tops with customers). Finally she asked if the dishes on our table were ours (obviously not?) but never got around to wiping the spills off before she sat our food down. Third, FOOD BAD: Sandwiches (one turkey, one Rueben) were pretty low quality. Even if they hadn't sucked in every other aspect we would not return for the food. Yeah, it's a no for me dawg.

Friendly coworkers and good food, what more do you need? There isn't many places like this around anymore, be sure to visit often to help keep Emge's around. The value is good and the place has that perfect atmosphere!

This place was suggested to me and I was excited to try it. Unfortunately the 2 times I've been it has taken entirely too long (over an hour) to order and get your food. I get that a busy place takes longer, but there's busier places going much faster. Also burgers were ok, overdone and a touch dry for my liking and fries could've been left in the fryer for another minute. I haven't tried anything besides a couple different burgers, but with the crazy wait times I don't think I'll be trying them on a lunch break again. Overall it's decent, but looks a bit "unclean" by the clutter and everything else right behind the bar. I've heard it was much better in the downtown location, wish I could've tried it there. Owner seems very nice a friendly, but no POS system makes them yell orders back and forth plus the ordering process somehow always takes longer than what it should, or at least seems like it does (maybe it's just me).

What a pleasant surprise. We had breakfast today and it was very good. The waitress was enjoyable to talk to and the place was very appealing. We will be back for lunch soon!

First time at restaurant today. I ordered the daily special. It was beef/mashed potatoes/Lima beans. The beef was so tough, I couldn’t chew it, mashed potatoes blah, the Lima beans not so good. I did tell waitress, she didn’t come back to table. I won’t go back..
