I ordered food online at 11:10am. I called the store at 12:19pm asking for an update. Turns out, they delivered my food to the wrong place. Whomever took my call was getting extremely frustrated and started yelling at me over the phone and then said “I have zero patience for this phone call and zero patience for life. This phone call isn’t worth the order and I’m not resending your food” and then he hung up on me. I online order from this location 2x week due to I work close… being told by an employee “you’re not worth it” is a terrible business move. He also kept stating how he’s been in this business for 25 years for some strange reason. Didn’t seem like it due to the clear loss of emotional control. The drivers who usually deliver my food are always super nice (which he spoke badly of them as well saying they’re 18-24 years old and don’t know how to read the notes on online orders). I think this guy needs some mental help, especially before interacting with customers again.

I ordered lunch for my entire office. They added Cesar dressing to a sandwich (not requested) When called and asked to replace the sandwich, they argued with us and told us it was our fault. When asked to speak with a manager, they left us on hold for 9 minutes. We called back and the put us on hold again for 11 minutes. I called customer service and was told I could sign up for the rewards and get a free sandwich. I asked for the owner to call me back, as a business owner I would be appalled if any of my customers were treated like this. I never heard back (over a week). This was a disappointing experience.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. The bread was so stale and who knows how old the turkey and veggies on my sandwich were. My wife said the same thing about her sandwich as well. Just disgusting save yourself the money and go to the Jimmy John’s on Green river!!!

Ordered Food online at 1:57pm, called at 2:37pm to check on my order, lady that answered the phone stated they were short staffed and that the driver had just left to deliver my food. Now at 3:20pm, I still haven’t received my order! I’m 1/2 mile away from the store, I could’ve walked there and back to my location and already have eaten by now, this is completely unacceptable! I know the owner of this location and I’m sure he wouldn’t to happy with this level of service from his staff.

I ordered delivery and wanted my drink with no ice and it came with ice but was half empty. Makes me think delivery driver took some of ice out of it with hand. Also I always order my sandwich cut in half and it never is.

I didn't even enter the Jimmy John’s, just passed by with Employees standing outside (A Very Obeese African American Teen with Green tips, and an Emo Caucasian maybe Early 20’s with Red Tips), just to overhear the two making fun of, and laughing at my mother with Breast Cancer, they seemed to really get a kick out of it, instead of being inside doing their job, serving people like they are supposed to be doing. I hope you see this and make more careful choices choosing people to hire, These two need to be demoted or fired, the moment this review gets taken down it will be put right back up again.

I've called them from downtown it says they deliver yet when I've called several times im put on unending hold or told they don't deliver! So I couldn't order,their loss I've been trying to order from them 4 weeks of my working weeks now! I won't continue and this is making me avoid them.

I love Jimmy John's but this location has ruined every single interaction I have had (or attempted to have) this year. Like 6-wraps-worth of Caesar dressing on ONE wrap (so I could literally taste nothing else, and I'm pretty sure that negates anything healthy about the food choice). HORRIBLE to try to figure out anything over the phone with these people....i feel like I was trying to have a conversation with a wild animal who has never used a phone before - apparently despite charging my bank, they didn't receive my order... Needless to say, if you couldn't tell, I'm STILL HUNGRY.... Freakin' Jimmy's John's.... I love that they are finally making official wraps permanent because at least I won't have to have a cold, slimy, wilty "unwich" wrap again....if I can even get food at all. Freaky fast at disappointing me these days!

My son and I usually stop in here for a quick sandwich before going to The Ford Center arena for hockey games. It is a short walk a couple of blocks, and never crowded. Staff is usually pleasant.

Twice recently, I have ordered online for my order to be delivered at a “delayed” time, but the order has come right after ordering. Even the receipt says “delayed” with the time, so it’s not a processing error, but someone failing to read and/or care that it’s not for immediate delivery.
