I sat in the driveway while the lady helped the other lane repeatedly, ignoring me. Don't have 2 lanes if you can't handle 2 lanes.. Not to mention the lady at the driver has the worst attitude of anybody in customer service I have ever seen. Then after everything they have me the wrong order Save yourself time and hassle and go to the north green river location

If you need your food special, (ie. plain with cheese) this is the wrong one to go to. Out of the last 4 times I have went to this location, my burgers have been wrong 3 times. Fries are either hot and undercooked or cold and soggy. Also, the grease seems to be old as well, as the nuggets and fries both tasted weird this last time too.Parking: They constantly 'park' cars, which means the entrance always has cars pulled up right next to it. Somewhat difficult to get in, if they are in a rush.

Food over priced, large tea was $1.79 plus tax and was charged 79 cent up charge for a large tea with the meal. I think it's time to rethink about eating at Mc Donalds. In addition we went to another Mc Donalds in the area and was only charged $1.39 for the same drink and was not charged a up charge for making the meal drink a large.

Lobby and restroom were uncomfortably cold. Seems like every McDonald's I go to the restrooms are freezing, the water to wash your hands is cold, then the air hand dryers blow more cold air. Hopefully, the employees have a place in the back to properly wash & sanitize their hands with warm water.
I don't know if they've recently changed hours, or if the morning crew is especially in a lackadaisical mood, but I'm currently sitting here at 6:03, supposedly 33 minutes after they've opened, and all the lights are out. Thought maybe they opened at 6? Nah.Please update your hours so I don't waste my own time at your location.

Stay away from this location. The restrooms are unclean, NO TOILET paper the last 3 times I was there within 3 weeks apart and there is no soap in the dispenser. Sunday morning on 1.28.2024 again no toilet paper or soap. Went to the counter to speak to a manager but the wait was too long so I left. I called McDonald's and spoke to the manager explaining the situation and his tone and attitude was as if he didn't really care. He said "okay fine" and hung up. SMH. Horrible facilities and poor customer service.

It sucks when you stand there for a while and there’s nobody to take your order. Then you have to use the kiosk then when you get your order you look inside at your large fries and see this you guys are ridiculous. I can’t believe of all things that you skimp me of every time I order from you, you skimp me for a potato.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food. The person I was with had finished their meal before I received mine. A lot of people kept coming inside because of their food, specifically the fries (old and cold). I ended up having to take my food to go. Welp, wrong order inside of my correctly labeled bag. Ridiculous. And they weren't that busy. I've seen busier and had 100% better service and food.
