If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and it got sent to the wrong location. There was no option to cancel my order on the app so I called the location it was sent to. I was at school so I didn’t have time to go there and cancel it in person. I got out of school at 4:30pm and went straight there. There was no manager on shift so the enoloyer called him. He said I wasn’t allowed a refund since I never picked my order up. I called this location over 20 times trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my order. These people are ridiculous and very rude won’t be eating her EVER again!
