Went through the drive through in the pouring rain. I was ordering and the employee told me to hang on and left me sitting there for quite a while. There's no over hang at the speaker so me and the interior of the car were getting soaked. There was no one behind me, so I pulled to the window. When I got to the window I asked to just order there under the canopy. They told me I had to go back to the speaker and order in the rain. There was still no one behind me at all. I left.

Every single time I order from here on Doordash, the order is wrong. I ordered 2 combos and a WHOLE combo was left out. So then, I've paid a tip and fee and I have no food. They've never gotten my order 100% correct. Ever. This time they included a paper that said "if we got something wrong, let us make it right" and included the telephone number. But they can't deliver, or give money back, what's the point of calling? What exactly are they making right??? They won't fix it! Worst Taco Bell location ever.

With being a daily night client and always spending over $50 plus Horrible experience tonight.The food was nasty and soggy. Tonight I spend $63 for whole order in return I get this kind of Food. I order the same as usual 3 cheese quesadilla, 3 chicken chalupas ,3 black bean chalupas and 1 ,2 piece chicken(beef) chalupas with crunchy taco and Pepsi.She put all this food in one small little bag.When I open the food at the home all chalupas get crushed and the lady on the window at the night she was very rude and didn’t even give me a receipt of my order. Overall very disappointed.

Ordered online. Food wasn’t ready and then they gave it to the wrong person so we had to wait 10 more minutes for them to remake them. They also gave us coupons to make up for it. When we got home we saw they were expired. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 40 mins for fast food.
