Got our order via door dash and it was missing a very important item. When I called and spoke with Devon, he was sincerely apologetic and rectified the situation for us. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you Devin for providing excellent customer service to us. It exceeded our expectations!
So we went to this location last night all excited about the flyer we got in the mail yesterday about the new Wagyu cheeseburger only to find out it doesn't officially start until Monday. Fortunately for us the general manager Thomas was there and he offered to make them for us anyway and I'm glad he did these burgers are a game changer for Arbys. What can you say about an Arby's? They have so many classics that are always awesome. Roast beef and cheddar, the turkey bacon ranch, nuggets, tenders, fries, and more that I do love here! Whenever I come by, the service is always speedy. I definitely recommend coming by this location if you're in the mood for a quick bite.
