Asked for a receipt & was told the register wasn't working ...I had a gift card to apply to my order & only $3.00 was applied to it.... then charged exactly $13.00 my gift card had over $4 left on it so how does that add up??

Allegedly open for breakfast but dining room is closed. No breakfast offered at 9:55 because it stops at "10". Ownership obviously tolerated staff laziness and indifference. Choose another location.Note the lazy, cookie cutter response from the 'owner'. Obviously feedback is not shared and enforced with the incapable staff. Even more reason to avoid.

It has been a terrible experience. Every time I come and this is at 6PM you are out of turnovers. A couple of weeks ago you were out of Roast Beef. Imagine that.
Nothing like paying for a large curly fry and getting a barely half-filled container and being miles away before discovering it. Got a pic if anyone from Arby's cares.

While ordering a meal, I was told they had shut off the fryers and couldn't make me any fried items for 10-15 min. They didn't apologize. They stated their cut off schedule for fryers is more important than their customers. When bringing it up to manager miles, he cut me off and berated me for wondering why I never even got an apology or a make it right attitude. I am very disappointed in how far arbys has fallen in hiring people of miles' caliber. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and disrespectful to customers after his crew did the same. I guess the phrase speed of the leader speed of the team applies.
