Absolutely awful service. Ordered on app, said food would be ready by 6:20 pm. Get there at 6:30, give the guy at the counter my name and he says 5-10 min which is completely understandable. 25 min goes by and someone else asks what my order name is and apparently my order was never even in the system to begin with, even though my confirmation number on the app said pickup at maysville road, ready at 6:20. One hour later I get my food. Will not be going to that location again. I will happily drive out of my way to the DuPont location from here on out.

Waited 1hr and 45 mins for food to come out it was wrong and cold. I asked to have it taken off the bill and they said yes but if they do that they won’t remake it so I had them remake it and no money off worst experience I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings definitely won’t come to this one

Waitress smelled like cigarettes, I got the lunch special includes fries. I don't eat fries, so I order tator tots for my side that's included with the special. But the manager so petty, he made the waitress change our receipts for .99€ He told her it has been too much stealing (I guess the food) from the employees I'm assuming. So he has to charge for everything! Wooowwwwww, won't be back there AGAIN!

Bf and I were seated at 6:10 and by 6:30 had not been approached at all. Didn’t even know who our server was because the hostess sat us and then we were never served. I understand it’s a Thursday and there’s usually a wait but we were sat as soon as we arrived. I walked up to the hostess stand and gave her the menus back and said “we’ve been waiting 20 minutes and have yet to be approached, we’re just going to leave”. She gave me a look like I was being rude and like she was surprised. I wasn’t rude, just simply wanted to leave.
Normally I enjoy this place but recently things have gone downhill. My last visit, I met friends and I had to, after about 15 minutes of joining (there was only 4 of us) I had to flag down our server to even let her know I arrived and get a drink. Once we ordered our food, it took an hour to arrive and my order was completely wrong. This wasn't the first time. So disappointed.
