I am extremely disappointed. They constantly mess up orders (from experience) and the food is almost always cold. If you want good food, definitely don’t go here, because you’ll leave with a broken heart and cold food.

My most recent trip to DQ was better than the ones before. They seem to have new workers now with a faster drive through line. I placed my order through the app and drove right up to get my food. The staff was friendly and the food was as ordered. Unfortunately, the cheese burger does not compare to the taste of other fast food burgers such as a whopper or big mac. They did go a little over board to the ketchup, but overall the food was fresh and hot. My upgraded blizzard dessert also hit the spot.

Doesn't matter when you come, can't get any service. Three times in two weeks I've visited, always had to just pull away from the speaker box because nobody will take an order. There are multiple reviews with the same experience, so it appears the operations managers just don't care. Oh well, Handel's is better anyway. Won't be back.

This used to be my favorite DQ, but it’s going downhill fast. Today I waited over 20min in the drive thru, and there was only 1 car in front of me. Then my shake was completely melted, my chicken strips were cold, there wasn’t even a half order of fries in the box, and my toast was not toasted! So it was just soggy bread. It was absolutely terrible! I can’t take the time to stop anymore, the service is just so inefficient. They could definitely change the process to fix this issue. Im so disappointed, I had to throw my food away.Amy

Only 2 people in line at drive through, I think I was there over 40 minutes. Had to wave a worker down that I want my money back, I don’t have time. Sh got the manager, who never apologized, then I had to wait even longer because she was going to get my food, and I said I just want my money back, I’m sorry for whatever is going on in there but I don’t have time. She rudely raised her voice and made a face at me and said well? There’s your food and money.
These people word so hard. They do such a good job and they are serving out good food. This Dairy Queen is the best dariy out of every DQ I went too. I went too more than 50 DQs and this one had the nicest employees with the best food. They were so friendly and awesome. I wish I can give it more than 5 stars. Thank you to Davin Jimenez and Chloe Ross for a wonderful experience!!!!

First off I ordered an Oreo blizzard and a heath brownie cupfection, only to get home and my daughter said it was an Oreo. My cashier at the window was rude, shoving my card and my desserts in my hand. Not sure what was going on tonight at the franchise, but it’s never been like this before when I’ve come here. While we walked in 30 min before closing and we were able to get our order decently timely. The prep area behind the counter was messy. All the dining room tables were dirty. Looked like a freezer was leaking with water puddling on the floor. However, the onion rings, fries, and blizzards were good.
