I’m wondering if a new owner came to this store because it used to be reliable and live up to the freaky fast and fun atmosphere. Now customer service is rude and the orders take over an hour to fulfill. I last ordered in May a pickup order took about an hour and a half so I thought not coming here again. Well thought it’d been long enough to try again today for a delivery but again took an hour and my order was missing items. Officially done with this location.

the lady who may be the manager was really rude and i got it all on video and she was not being cert nice i have it all in video and she was kicking our stuff out of the place and she was cussing calling us out of our name then didn't give us the right order/food and threw it at our face i think corporate needs to be involved because this was not a good experience with us being good people. ambiance was horrible .

The older female manager was treating customers terrible. So rude and had no social skills, making it an uncomfortable experience for everyone waiting while she was “helping” a confused customer. The other workers were nice and food was fine, she was just very unprofessional.

The guy taking my order was more interested in his phone. Then he wasn't listening to me when ordering I had to repeat myself three times when I asked to talk to the manager he told me he was the manager so my 22 year-old kid piercings in space something tells me they wouldn't pass inspection either. Don't waste your money go to Subway.
I’ve only had Jimmy John’s once before that I can remember. I went to this location to order food for the other employees and myself but as I was ordering, I didn’t have the best experience. The older lady working was very rude. She seemed to be training the younger guy who took my order as she cut me off rudely! She didn’t smile nor say thank you! She should be an employee that cleans in back or stocks shelves or rather just stays home! She shouldn’t ever deal with customers or people for that matter! Really pissed at herself for breathing & living life it seems! I read the other reviews and see I’m not off on this woman! The guy was friendly.
