Ordered via the app and got to pick up and found there were 2 salsas in my bag. Confused by the transaction I checked the app in which I ordered a combo. I checked my account and was only charged .65 cents? Waited for an associate and was glared at without a greeting or assisted by any manner. Ordered again and waited. The place was a wreck no place to sit as all the tables were dirty. When my 2nd order was completed they didn't give me a cup and waited again.

I dont eat red meat but always find some in my food which is always ordered in the vegetarian menu. Food is put together and wrapped so poorly it falls apart as you unwrap it. Sometimes it's out of its wrapper before you can get it out of the bag. Add ons that I pay for are almost never added. Refried beans are usually dry and hard. Restroom is always dirty and smells like a porta john. It's almost impossible to get anyone there to help you. They will look at you and ignore you. I have waited over 20 minutes for 2 items and they made it wrong. And that was during a slow period. Would not recommend to anyone

Chalupa was hardSemi cold while waiting nearly 15 minutes on food. We watched a delivery food guy wait 5 minutes and when he asked for a bag for the food they guy threw the bag at him.We will never come back to this place where mgmt doesn’t know how to train employees worth a darn!

Got food to dine in and waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Food was barely warm when received. Soda machine was out of ice. Floors had debris that needed to be cleaned up. No napkins in the dining area and there were plenty of workers (5) to stock, clean, and prepare orders. They had no sense of urgency and no customer service skills.

Hard to believe, it was worse than last visit..They placed 8 burritos on top of 4 tacos. Needless to say, this ruined the tacos, which were poorly made to begin with, there was about a tea spoon of beef, maybe less...
Sit down restaurants are faster.I ordered two hard tacos, two soft tacos and two glasses of water. I eating in line for more than 25 minutes.The person at the window was polite and helpful, and I figure they were just understaffed at 9:45pm on a weekend, but as I left I counted at least 4 employees. Certainly enough to get orders out in a timely manner.

I stopped at this store to pick up a door dash order, and the lobby was locked, so I tried to use the drive thru. The person on the speaker said that they were closed, and was incredibly rude. The door said open at 8, and it was almost 9 o'clock when I showed up. They refused to make the door dash order, even though the customer had already paid for it.
