It may just look like an old Long John Silver's...because it is. Ha! But, Wow! Literally never disappointed. The food is SO fresh, always HOT, and it's super affordable. You can get lunch for less than fast food these days if you get a special most of the time. It's my favorite little spot. :) The staff are always very polite & welcoming as well! Yamato in Frankfort has had a big redemption arc for me; Over the years it has made small changes that makes the overall experience a lot better. I think some menu items are a bit overpriced considering the quality, but their Bento Boxes and Hibachi meals are great for the price.The scallops tend to be a bit gritty, but otherwise tasty. This placed changed owners a few months back and now the staff is as welcoming and friendly as the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying this place if you want something different and you're in the area.
