I went through the drive thru to order my food, I ordered a large size of Mac & Cheese and large french fries. That's it plain and simple. I paid for my food, asked for plates(which they do have normally) said they didn't have any. I should have checked food before leaving. We get to where we're having lunch and look inside there's mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Didn't order either item! I go back to KFC, go inside to show them my receipt for what I ordered. Where is the management? This place needs a complete overhaul. 8pm two customers in the lobby. Sign posted lobby is closed and doors are locked. As can be seen by the other reviews, go elsewhere especially for these ridiculous prices.

Every time I make a order my order isn’t complete I have a pretty big family to feed and when I pay $60 for food I would like for everything to be complete I don’t want to drive 4-5 miles to redeem items paid for this happens at the particular location every time I have a appetite for KFC jus isn’t fair at all.
