ALL FIVE of the stars I am giving go DIRECTLY to Demetrius!!! Let me be clear about that!! This young man was the ONLY person doing EVERYTHING in the store!! Taking the orders, accepting payments @ the window, making the food, & bringing it to the cars!! He not only had a great system that he was following to make the process smoother for himself, but he got all the orders correct as I sat there watching him bring HOT, FRESH food out to the customers!!! short: Last night LATE drive-thru, Joshua was an amazing example of going that extra bit - well done Sir! I don't know what was going on but I love Arby's it's my favorite restaurant but it gave me diarrhea I hope the cashiers and the food maker wash their hands but I will still return
