Blueberry Hill Pancake House

The manager of the establishment leaves a lot to be said, it seems she acts as if she were racist, I saw on one occasion how she yelled at a Hispanic waitress in front of people, and apparently I don't know if she does it continuously, but I was there on another occasion when I saw that she was raising her voice at a woman who cleans the tables, also Hispanic. That leaves a lot to be said about her.

Great food and atmosphere! No real complaints here.

I enjoyed the company I had more so than the service. The food was ok, not bad but not great either, ok is a fair description. The young lady who was our waitress was lovely and polite. The food did take forever though and my order in particular didn’t get made with everyone else’s at first (probably got lost in the shuffle, it was a rather large party we were in). They fixed it and were able to bring it out. The most disturbing thing was when another waitress came over to me and apologized on behalf of our young waitress, assuming that we felt she was at fault, when we all agreed was not her fault. After explaining this to her, she proceeded to blame everything on the cook, how she was just fired and how she was this and that, blah blah blah…… we didn’t know, we didn’t really care and who comes over to someone’s table and just starts trashing one of their staff members. This isn’t reality tv and none of that is my business. Keep in house issues in house, don’t involve customers if they are not involved. Smh

Our waitress Justice was so kind to us and so joyful that it made my family have a good time eating there. I even said give that girl a raise.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a to go order. I picked up my food, got all the way home and was missing the pancakes. I called and the manager was not friendly while explaining my only options were to drive all the way back up there or for them to write my name and number on a piece of paper and trust that even if I come back 6 months later, that piece of paper would still be there for credit. I couldn’t provide a receipt number or anything to get the money on my card. Terrible customer service and unreasonably rude for a mistake that wasn’t mine.

As long as I could remember, I wanted to try them because of my last name…lol So today we decided to give it a try. I wasn’t too impressed. I ordered the vegetable omelet with a side of fruit and pancakes. The omelet was decent but it could use a little more flavor. The pancakes were fluffy but somewhat hard and dry. They give you whipped butter, and a lot of it, which is usually good but since the pancakes weren’t hot, the butter barely melted. As I always do when I order pancakes, I cut them in half because I never finish a whole order. So in the picture, you get a glimpse of what I ordered. I want to go back and try but I’m just not sure. The service was good, so that was a plus.

👏🏼 I wanna Applause the Cook that was working Sunday morning 6/22 around 730am Breakfast was amazing. Pancakes was not burnt . They were fluffy and golden brown. I had the hungry man skillet. It was perfect. Scrambled eggs was perfect. You need to work him more.lbvs I always have good experience with customer service and smiling faces

This was my first time at Blueberry Hill. We were a group of six, 8:30 a.m. and we were greeted and seated promptly. Both the service and food were excellent. It looks like meals and entrees are customizable. Thank you, we hope to visit again!
