I ordered online and picked up inside the restaurant. It was very clean and the hostess was so nice. She's the only one I interacted with and she was fantastic. I ordered some cinnabuns and they were out but she gave me a container of the cinnabuns that cost more and we're bigger for free! Too cool. One thing I did notice was the other wait staff standing around talking and laughing while other customers waited for them to get done so they could be acknowledged. I have been to this place in so long. But me and a friend of mine he went and ate in this establishment it was very good food and very warm and welcoming. I know the founder of this company would be very proud to see that your business is still thriving and looking forward to 2020 let’s go Bob Evans

I went today never have kitchen staff & the manager tells me that's why my potato soup wasn't ready all they have to do it is put it in a container and I called the order in and gave them 15 mins or more to fix it and that's the only thing I wanted I told her that's no excuse running a business and the potatoes could of been cooked a little more I will be going to another location from now on
