Tried out the location today…not the best. They forgot to add cheese on my whopper I paid extra for. Soda tastes kinda weird..my guess is the soda machine hasn’t been cleaned recently. Fries were not very filled…and the employees were not very friendly.

The wait is ALWAYS More than 30 minutes. Both meals were freezing! Took a bite out of the burger and it was NOT cooked. We decided to split the chicken sandwich THAT WAS NOT COOKED EITHER!!!! I’m so disgusted! I’ll never go back to this location.

This place is terrible. Constantly closed. If you even catch them when they are open they only take mobile orders or doordash. I'm still waiting for my order it has now been 35 minutes waiting at the window. The employees are on their time not burger king time. If you are reading this then go somewhere else. The good is cold and undesirable. There is no reason a burger and fries should take over 30 minutes to make. They might as well close this location down I don't even understand how they are still opened here or why Upper management doesn't get a new crew in this place to restore it back to its former glory. If it wasn't for me ordering on the app I would leave but who knows how long it will take for my refund

Inside is constantly closed morning, afternoon, evenings when it's supposed to be open. I'm tired of placing a mobile order to pick up and pulling on a locked door, once no one even responded on the drive up and I had to get my mobile order refunded

Went inside at about 12:30. They had one guy working drive thru and no one taking orders at front desk. After 10 min waiting I went out to the drive thru, where I spent 15 minutes from getting in line until I got my food - which is on me, I should have gave up earlier. But still, it shouldn't be that long. And my burger was cold.

8/10 times we come to this location, specially in the afternoon. They never taking orders. They always say Door dash only. Very disappointing. Always take my business to Hardee's after getting told they not serving.They really need better management.
