The food is either too salty or cold. The service varies iv had this really nice guy that was enthusiastic about working there and another guy that just seemed to hate that job. They've forgot to put parts of my order in the bag so make sure to check your bag before pulling away! Wouldn't recommend this place but they're open late and kind of the only fast food restaurant in this area with late hours. They take a long time to serve the line. Ex. There was 3 people in line and it took 30 minutes to get my food. The building looks like it needs to be updated has an old grim look to it.

Today is January 18th 2024 time is 9:54. Whatever manager is working at this store early in the morning or the drive-thru window. Very rude. Disrespectful and smashed. My sandwich will not be spending my money there anymore and I go there every single day.

I ordered two BACON double cheeseburgers. I did not receive bacon on either order. I went in the establishment because the drive thru was really long. When I got back to work to eat the sandwich, in which I also ordered for a coworker, they were both cold. My coworker enjoys Burger King, but this is the third time my order has been wrong. I don't understand how the burgers could be cold but the fries were hot! Also, the manager and cook were arguing. The manager wasn't polite and very unprofessional. The cashier didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there , and when she saw me, didn't even speak, smile or ask what was my order. She just looked at me as if I was the one to acknowledge her. Never will I ever go to this establishment again.

Had a drive through order. Got home, no napkins, whole jar of Mayo on my sandwiches. Sloppy as all get out!
just went through the drive thru no one answered. Thought maybe the machine is down went inside. (This place is not busy) waited 10 min no one would even look at me. Finally left. Just go to Culver's instead.

First let's start off with the order taker acting as if I was wrong for bringing food back that was not prepared to my specifications. "It is have it your way!" Correct!! Then when they replaced my Whopper with extra lettuce and onions, I got this wet soggy bun, with mayo that appeared to be watered down. It's so bad at this store! They never get your order right and the food is less than acceptable! If you want some good Burger King, you have to go far west to 38th St and 10th St!! My

It was busy. Line moved quickly. Food was fresh and hot. Whopper with bacon wasnt very good but the fries were smoking ? 100% would go back because they serve fresh food !
