Bathroom was dirty. Lady that took and gave me my order was rude. Placed my bag on the counter and just walked away. I did not get the chicken sandwich I ordered which states it comes with Swiss cheese and I specifically said Swiss cheeses I did not get Swiss I got American. I got two top buns as shown and onion rings mixed in my fries glad I’m not allergic. First and last time going but thought folks should know that food and service isn’t good.

Disappointing Experience at Burger King on 30th Lafayette StRating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5)I recently visited the Burger King store located on 30th Lafayette St, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. From the unkempt interior to the unprofessional behavior of the employees, and the malfunctioning app, there were several aspects that contributed to my disappointment.Firstly, upon entering the store, I was taken aback by the lack of cleanliness. The tables were dirty, and the floors appeared to have not been properly cleaned in quite some time. This immediately gave me a negative impression of the establishment.Furthermore, I observed employees sitting and laughing at customers, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. It is disheartening to see such behavior from individuals who are supposed to represent the company and provide a pleasant dining experience.To add to my frustration, the Burger King app was down during my visit. This was particularly inconvenient as the prices at this location are already on the higher side, especially when feeding a family. It is disheartening to think that the company would willingly contribute to pushing people into poverty by not providing a functioning app. This raises questions about the motivation behind this decision, whether it is due to employee laziness, low wages, or a corporate desire to maximize profits at the expense of the less fortunate.Moreover, I encountered two different managers who were unable to honor the deals advertised on the app. This lack of consistency and understanding was highly disappointing. As a customer, I expect managers to be knowledgeable and accommodating, but unfortunately, this was not the case.In conclusion, my experience at the Burger King store on 30th Lafayette St was extremely disappointing. The unkempt interior, unprofessional behavior of employees, malfunctioning app, and inability of managers to honor deals all contributed to my negative perception of this establishment. I hope that Burger King takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues at hand to provide a better experience for its customers.Additionally, I requested to obtain contact information for the general manager or store owner during my visit, as I wanted to address my concerns directly with someone in a position of authority. However, I was met with confusion and a lack of understanding from the managers on duty. This made me feel disrespected and led me to question their intelligence or their willingness to comprehend my request. It is disappointing when employees in managerial positions are unable or unwilling to provide basic information about the individuals who oversee their operations. This further adds to my frustration and reinforces my negative perception of the establishment.

First off I ordered the new ghost pepper chicken finger AND whopper meal. For whatever reason "paul" at this location very obviously doesn't want to work and could completely care less what I was ordering, asking me to repeat my entire order minutes after I ordered. Keep in mind I'm the only car in the drive through. We get our food ask for sauce and are told that it will cost extra money for 2 sauces. We decline. I'm missing my ghost pepper whopper from my order and paul says that he didn't ring me up for "no whopper" we say okay and drive away I'm not dealing with that bs. We get all the way home and I have 4 chicken fries in my box. 4. It literally says 8pc on the receipt. Guess how many come in the chicken fry & whopper MEAL.... 4. He supposedly didn't "ring me up" for that meal but somehow gives me only 4 chicken fry's!!!!! What am I supposed to do with 4 chicken fry's feed my dog? That's what this Burger King is good for at best is dog food. Do not come to this location it sucks. Paul you're annoying and need a new job you suck at this one badly. I worked at McDonald's for 3 years it's hard but it's not that damn hard buddy.

You can get a filling, cooked breakfast here at an inexpensive price, by ordering off the value menu.The Breakfast Burrito Jr. has sausage, hash browns and cheese, wrapped with a burrito tortilla; I was skeptical of the picante sauce I was given without asking, but it was actually a sweet and sour sauce, and at minimum interesting. Sausage biscuit is also inexpensive for the quantity you get.If you're looking for something cheap and filling later in the day, the Chicken Jr. Sandwich is "currently" $1.59 for 440 calories. And $1 can get you 320 calories in chocolate chip cookiesThis location was clean, including a bathroom, and I had no problems with service.(Personally, I wouldn't try to decorate virtually every possible interior surface with cardboard crowns, but that's just me. ? ? ??‍♂️)
