Came thru drive thru on Easter Sunday, I had ordered online, however when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a drink! The gentleman working the drive thru named Martin was already greeting me with a smile, and when I explained that I needed to add to my order he made me feel like it happens all the time and it would be no problem at all to add that item! It was so refreshing because I do this quite often actually and usually I go across the street to a different restaurant where they not only get irritated but tell me I have to pull around and go back through the drive-thru!It’s already a holiday when most people don't want to work and they want to go home with their families and I just thought to myself "look at this young man here who is probably been working for several hours already today and he is just got a huge smile on his face was very warm, inviting, and respectful and I was just so blessed to have such a warm experience" we all take so much time out of our lives to complain when someone does something wrong, but if someone goes out of their way to be nice to you, it takes a few minutes to give that person a pat on the back and I definitely believe that Martin at Burger King on Keystone deserves that pat on the back! I called to ask his name from the manager of the store, and even she was an awesome person to speak to over the phone. I wish I would've gotten her name seems like the crew at Burger King. Sure does love their job, and it shows! Like I said, Burger King is not usually my go to, but just for the customer service alone it daggone sure will be In the future!I gave five stars, but that's only because I couldn't give six!!!

Burger King is a good place to eat. I like it because they flame broil every one of their meats on for their sandwiches. I like the new cheese tots. They are great too.

Clear the junkies out or we won't have a burger king in this area me and my wife met at Burger King 8 years ago so today was Valentine's Day and we thought to go back to the place we worked not the same location but same food wasn't bad until a dry mouth shaking crackhead with glasses name Tyler came from drive thru we order inside and I was sitting in the truck waiting on my wife I seen her body language thru the window because I parked upfront I can tell she wasn't happy and he was being rude to her we where about to spend 60.00 on food there for my family this short attitude of a man had the nerve even the cook who was very helpful drop us fresh fries Tyler take upon his self and mixed our frys with the cold fries you guys don't get much business at this location because McDonald's and Wendy's are right in this area but the way you guys dont put the customers first is why it's only busy when it the last choice like he choose to mixed the fries instead of just giving us what we wanted if you wanted those fries gone you could have gave them to your drive thru customer instead of someone who is inside knowing they gonna check and spend 60.00 my meat was hard last time I ordered that's how I know that burger is not doing numbers you guys need to do better....oh yeah he was ok with loosing 60.00 for fries what a clown

I should have checked the reviews before getting food here. Sandwhich wasn't fresh at all and had burn bacon crumbs on it. I asked for sugar and creamer for a large coffee and got a single packet of each. The hash browns were only half full.

It is a lot better! The culture isn't ghetto sense they changed Managers! It's clean fast and friendly.Parking: Clean lotKid-friendliness: Crowns all through out the store for my little one to just grab. High chairs clean and put away neatly and visibly.

Unfortunately this Burger King location is gone downhill. There used to be a female manager there who worked very hard and many long hours to keep it running well. My husband went in to place an order because the drive-thru was packed. He stood at the counter was looked at by two people but never greeted and no one ever came to the register to take his order. We no longer go to that one, we now go to the one at Keystone and National. We tried to be faithful to this location but it's gone downhill.

You should really really do some intense training on your staff on second shift. I was there at 9:45 PM on 11/20. one of your employees was in the back complaining about having to make onion rings and french fries and was cussing up a storm. Don’t appreciate that at all and then drove all the way home to find out that our food was cold and the whole order was wrong. I come here all the time and never have any issues and up until tonight, I will never be coming back to this location ever again and you should really train your second shift manager on how to talk to people as well

CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLYNESS, COME TO THIS LOCATION OFTEN,BUT HAD SEEN ENOUGHWheelchair accessibility: The doors into the lobby aren't handicapped friendly especially when in a wheel chair I think that all places that serve the public should atleast have one door that opens away from a person instead of both entrance doors opening opening towards you so that a person can get through a door by them self in a wheel chair

Drove through and ordered a bunless Whopper and chicken nuggets. They left the mayo off the whopper and forgot the barbecue sauce. We were traveling and didn’t see things were missing until after we were on the highway.So I called, and was told that when someone orders something bunless, they can’t put mayo on it because “it touches the meat”. Which is kind of the whole point of a condiment. But they could have included a mayo packet in the bag and didn’t. They told me I have to ask for it!?!And then I asked what they could do about my dry nuggets. They said nothing was technically missing, so I could come back and get my sauce tonight. Again, ?!?Every time we go through this location, something is missing or wrong. I haven’t said anything before, but this is very poor customer service. This will be below zero on my choices in the future.
