FYI this place is closed and has been for awhile now, Google won't update the listing. Their burgers were really good though, unique flavors and I loved their cheese fries. Very friendly service.

THEY ARE CLOSED! Don't bother trying to go there. They got shutdown by their landlord and this was before the COVID-19 pandemic. I bought a groupon for this location. Very frustrated with them! Went once to use my Groupon for 2 sandwiches and they told me that I had to spend $30 or more to get the deal. We purchased less than that so we were going to go back. So i went to the Carmel one. It is different owners and couldn't honor the Groupon deal so don't waste your time. It has since then closed! And they are still on Groupon! DONT BUY!!!

It's been a while since I've been but last I checked, they stopped serving the wagyu burger here in the Indy area. But I've had pretty much all the burgers and I've really enjoyed everything they offer. Would definitely recommend.

Nikki is a great server, love the Spanish beef sandwich. Kids meal nice. Owners are nice too like to support restaurants in our community. They have sliders and regular burgers too. Family tray boxes are best for trips, concerts and friends coming over.

I ordered via GH since this location was offering $7 off your first order. I've never tried Burgerim before, but should have read through the reviews first (I know better!) I ordered the Angus Beef burger, well done with extra pickles. In the notes added "not well done - just no pink; add ketchup on the side for the fries." I also ordered the "combo option" on GH with a diet coke and onion rings, plus an additional side of half Burgerim fries and half sweet potato fries to try since the Burgerim fries sounded interesting. When the order arrived, it wasn't all there. I asked our driver about the drink and onion rings that were missing, but he said that's all they gave him. The burger looked nice but one bite in, and it was totally pink inside. The taste wasn't anything to write home about. For the half and half fries, they sent mustard packets instead of ketchup. I tried them and they weren't too bad - probably better with a bit of ketchup or something to dip them in. They weren't hot (as expected with a delivery order) but they were warm, so that was a plus. The receipts in the bag only listed a burger and the half/half fries. No mention of the combo with onion rings, diet coke or request on how the burger was to be cooked + ketchup. So I'm not sure if there was an error on their end, or if something is missing between the communication system from GH to the store. My GH online order shows the full order as placed and that's what I was charged for. I reached out to GH and they refunded part of the order since it was missing, so I appreciate that. I might give Burgerim another try, but I'd go to the location with better reviews and eat on-site.

Always good food! Great service! Had a Groupon and it worked perfectly.

They have great burgers and fries, but don’t order from here if you expect to have your order made right. Everything in our order was made wrong, and they didn’t give us one of our sides. We went back to have it fixed only for them to get it wrong again, forgot our other side and still did not give me a gluten free bun. They claimed it was gluten free, however it looked nothing like the bun I received a previous time. I ate it because they had insisted it was gluten free. I got sick immediately after eating. We were given a coupon to come back, but I definitely will not be returning. As someone who gets incredibly sick if I eat gluten, claiming a bun is gluten free when it’s not is no joke. I will be sure to tell everyone I once recommended to go here to not to even bother.

We had the Angus burger and it was really really good. The fries are in the form of chips and they were delicious too. I'm a fan of a good hamburger and would go out of my way to come back.

A $7 off coupon from Grubhub and being in the area is what got me to try this place. I got the 1/3 pounder with an extra patty (so a 2/3 pounder??). Was the burger good? Yes. We're the fries (chip like) and onion rings good? Well they were OK. If I wrote home about such things I would not about those. Overall not bad especially considering the price. But at full price? Hard to imagine I'd go here instead of the Culver's across the parking lot. I can't really give more than 3 stars because of that.

I love this place. I am 9 months pregnant and I get induced tomorrow so we had to stop by to get my favorite onion rings and burger. Great service and great food!

Outstanding!! We are inside and the wait was long but well worth the wait. Great food, taste amazing, fries are unique and flavorful. We will be back!

So I just attempted to use a Groupon at the fishers location in Indiana. The Groupon was for 2 burgers and 2 sides. There were no other terms or conditions. When I showed up and attempted to use the Groupon I was told that I had to spend an additional $7 or they would not redeem the Groupon. The lady told me that they can change the terms and conditions any time they want? What the actual hell is going on with this franchise. All I wanted is what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less. So here's the deal either I inform Groupon of what is going on? Or you honor the Groupon terms. Which will it be?

Jeff V.

They do not honor their Groupon offer and posted their own sign on the counter stating different terms!! Nowhere on the Groupon did it state there was a $30 minimum purchase in order to use it!! It was for 2 hamburgers, 2 sides, and 2 drinks. When I showed the terms on the Groupon site, the lady at the counter shrugged and said that's how we do it here & nodded at their sign. Needless to say we walked out, will demand a refund, and not be back!

Way too expensive for the quality. /edit - talking to a manager is not going to fix your problem. You either need to lower prices by a large margin, or get better ingredients and menu items to match the price.
