I ordered online and realized I made a mistake - immediately contacted the store and they told me the order was “already being made and couldn’t be altered or cancelled from their end” and that I would need to contact customer service. I called customer service and their first message is that they can’t cancel or alter any orders, that the store would need to do that. I called the store back and they wouldn’t answer the phone for 10+mins, clearly avoiding handling this.
I drove all the way out to the store and the manager (Evelyn, who refused to give me her name and was immediately argumentative), claimed that she still couldn’t issue me any refund. I told her what I found out from customer service and she then claimed she suddenly could issue the refund but that it would take 5 days. She voided the transaction in seconds and it immediately went back on my card.
She directly lied to me and could have handled this easily over the phone, gave me false information and ultimately forced me to come out to the store where she lied to me again until ultimately relenting and doing her job. Her attitude was terrible throughout the entire process. I won’t be ordering Domino’s again.

I don't get delivery, I just go pick it up bc it's cheaper and much faster. This place always gets my order done within minutes. Today they brought it out to my truck before I could even get parked. Been going there 6 years and they are one of the fastest places to pick up food

Ordered two of the pasta bowls online. Delivery time was supposed to be 27-37 minutes. I waited an hour before calling them. The guy on the phone said the driver was doing a delivery before mine, but it wasn’t even close to where I live. So he said it’ll still be a while. Totally unacceptable. I doubt I’ll be ordering from here again.
Based on the reviews for this place, maybe you should looking into hiring better delivery drivers.

Their printer was running out of ink so my name didn't show on the receipt. Finally, they asked for the phone number and found it but by that time it was cold. This is my Third time ordering from this location 3851 Moller Rd. That I received the wrong order. 3 times. So when placing your order online I suggest you can call them and let them know not to mess up your order.
