I’m not really happy with the wings I purchased, they were cooked very hard so it left the inside dry and the outside too crispy to chew. The fries were good. So maybe the next time I go, I will tell them cook wings not so hard.
I'm in town for the big dog show at the Fairgrounds and popped in for lunch. I got the chicken philly sandwich and fries. So yummy! And visiting with the owner was also delightful. He referred me to the gentleman next door for his yummy lemonade and I had me quite the scrumptious lunch.
First of all, the owner is a really nice guy... very welcoming...He really knows how to cook wings..i ordered 18 wings,all flats,and they were crispy outside, moist and tender inside..my issue is with the sauces..lemon pepper prepackaged..the j*** was not homemade...if you cook wings this well,make your own sauces and seasonings..18 flats,with fries,was $42.00....I'm sorry,but I can get 20 wings from KSR,for much less $...and you get carrots, celery,and the best bleu cheese...
