This place is terrible !! They can’t seem to get the burger correct and they also can’t make a root beer float even thou they have root beer and vanilla ice cream so that confused me a bit? I got undercooked fries which is another crazy issue if your familiar with Steak n Shake fries they are so thin how could you undercook them?? Well trust me they can !!! Just don’t waste your money !

It was really rather sad. There may have been five employees in the whole restaurant because now everything is so automated. They talked about unemployment rates are down, and jobs are up because they're creating them but it's hard to see wherever you go specially in fast food restaurants everything is automated. Hell even the drink machine you had to scan your barcode to be able to get your drink out of the machine. The hamburgers we had was just so so, not the Steak and Shake I knew and grew up with back in the seventies and eighties.

Shameful I ordered two combos with Dr Pepper’sWhat did I get two cold azz burnt meals and fries,one drink and stuff on the sandwiches I didn’t ask for I have pictures and a recording of the dasher saying they always mess up orders . I even paid extra for rapid service Called the restaurant no response and no answer
