Normally don't have any complaints with this location. However, we just left still hungry! After about 10 minutes of waiting with no employees around. I even try to call the store and nobody answered. My son was really disappointed. Therefore, I'm upset!
While sitting in the dining room, talking to my bf about how much better this subway is than the one closer to our house a man came in and told the woman making his sandwich that this location is so much better than the one at Madison and Edgewood. Which is not even the one closer to our house. This place is clean, like truly clean. The fountain machines always scare me, so I check. This one is super clean. The service at this Subway is good and the employees are friendly. The reason I only gave it 2 stars is the smell. It smells like a sewer or septic tank has backed up. I went in last week with my 8 year old. She and I were both having trouble breathing and were both nauseous. The smell was THAT overpowering! I honestly don't know how anyone can stand to work there. I could barely handle 5 minutes!
