Ridiculous....had use restroom very badly but would only let paying customers use the restroom....was obvious I am in a type of work uniform and not just some random person off the streets. Decided to buy a small drink to use restroom...it cost me $2.36 for a 10 or 12 Oz cup for a drink!!!.. I never even filled the cup with a drink..guess I will NEVER eat at that taco bell

Store was nice and clean inside. Went to the counter and ordered. The food was delicious. I had no idea until I ordered a burrito supreme that you could get it with beef, chicken or steak. So I got streak. They were jam packed and fabulous.

I went in for lunch and asked to used the restroom prior to ordering food, which I’ve done plenty of times at this particular store. Well, I was told by the staff that I had to order and they adamantly refused to accommodate my request prior to ordering…. Mind you I had my card out prepared to order. Do better Taco Bell, it’s not that deep but it’s a reminder of how it used to be in the good old boys days. WTBS, I’ll spend my dollars elsewhere!

Hard shell taco shells in Gordian crunch were stale, 3 cheese chicken Flatbread were rolled so the Flatbread was splitting all over with filling falling out, and my chicken quesadilla only had chicken in half, $36 dollars for an order all cause they want $15-$20 an hour to work there, you can't even make a quesadilla right and think yall deserve 20 an hour, what a joke

Today was the first time I stopped to try the breakfast I was told it is very delicious. I haven't tried it yet. But when I ordered I let the lady know that I wanted a good amount of hot sauce and when I got to the window they gave me none so I waited for someone to come back to the window. I again asked for a lot of hot sauce. She gave me 5 packs and I said I would pay for more. She told me there was no way and then. I asked if I could come in and get more she said the doors were locked and I couldn't. They weren't allowed to give more. I technically can't eat my food without a lot of hot sauce. she caught an attitude with me and said I'll do it this time through a bunch in my bag and then walked away with an attitude. What great customer service.

The employees were friendly, and the food was hot, BUT I got the completely wrong order in DT. By the time I got home to eat it...I realized the mistake, but sure wasn't driving back to get the right order...I just ate the 2 things in the bag.

Food was quick and very warm. Taste was average Taco Bell. Kiosk ordering only, no counter ordering. Kiosk doesn't have all of the options for modification of the ingredients as I would like. No receipt printing available for the kiosks either. Only email or text message. Not good for someone using a company card.

Taco bell has gone down hill fast. Prices are at an all time high for ehhh food and service. We could only order using a computer and the employees still forgot some of my food so I had to go back. After this last visit I won't be going back again foe a while. Maybe after they get their stuff together but for now, I'm out!
