It’s the second time the night time crew messed up my order, first they made the burritos wrong with different insides I wasn’t worried about it, but then they just completely forgot another burrito, my other burrito was mostly shredded cheese and meat when it was a 5layer..waste of money..I couldn’t get a refund on the second order..the morning crew does better with everything I’m sorry

This place deserves 0 stars rather than a 1 start. Just placed a mobile order and didn't receive my food nor my refund. Employee informed coffee and Frying machine were down, and while trying to get help from employee to get refund through app I got told with attitude by another employee to get off the drive through window because I was killing her drive through window. I couldn't even go inside to speak with a manager due to door being locked during open hours.

Wanted nachos and they were outta chips (smh) then tge tacos I ordered was made very sloppy and literally all my shells were crushed and broken up. Had to eat them with a fork. Asked for 6 taco packets, because you know they'll literally give you 10 packets for 1 taco, the lady was like "no, 1 per item"!! I was like well dang, forget it then. But it was more so her tone and slam of the window then the 1 packet sauce per taco.

They left out our chicken quesadillas and we had two of them which the price keeps getting higher and higher on and they left out 4 of our hard tacos minis tomatoes ? and one of our chalupas wasn't in there either . I basically think they gave one of our bags to a different car ? I think.
Another reviewer said it's awesome during the day but don't go there at night. That's completely true. Day shift is great but if you go after 5, you'll have items missing, incorrect orders, and rude employees that don't care about what they're doing. Everytime we go there after 5pm, it's a problem. We won't be going there anymore. My fiance is missing his food and one of the burritos looks like they tried to karate chop it in half. Corporate needs to get rid of that store or close it at 5pm everyday.
