Words and 1 star can’t do justice to how bad this store is. I just tossed $14.69 (rounded up for charity to 15) in food because they literally just threw ingredients in a bag. I’m sitting here in disbelief. I was polite to drive thru, so I’m genuinely unsure why they would do such a thing.

Well to be honest I like the workers in there more than the food but they always load me up on sauces for my personal orders or for my uber eats deliveries.However there is about 10 homeless (possible drug addicts as we are near several drug clinics in this area) that cause a lot of problems for guests that come to this location. Like for starters they are constantly fighting, trying to come up to all the vehicles with their signs claiming that if I could spend a few dollars on myself then I could spend a few on them, I know this taco bell can't control these people and their behaviors however just yesterday a crazy drug addict homeless woman threw stuff at my vehicle because she said I was staring at her (again we can smell her alcohol on her from a mile away) and no I wasn't staring at her, I was making my order in the drive thru. She was putting my kid who was with me in danger. So I had to call the police on her and then the dude she goes around with looking for money is now throwing things at my car as well. Again the taco bell customer service rep said he would call the police on them too. They did, they came, and they both got arrested I guess they had warrants.The taco bell did give me a good sense that they work really hard and are working for the customer and aren't afraid to say something.Vegetarian options: The spicy potato burrito is out of this world and the potatoes are crispy exterior wise and soft and warm on the inside. They are taco and burrito wizards in there.Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options but they don't have gluten free options so I always order a power bowl because I can't have any flour due to my gluten allergy. I did buy the spicy potato burrito but asked if they can throw it into a bowl for me with out the tortilla and they said sure no problem.

It was taco bell, only issue I had was when the wife and I ordered the same burrito but 1 without sour cream, they didn't label anything so we had to tear the burritos apart to see which was which

Every time I order at This location they mess up atleast 1 item. I order this time 7/10/23 this time they messed every item and wasn’t given receipt. Just wanted no spicy ranch and meat and cheese only on my items nothing crazy but lettuce and spicy ranch and rice are always on my items , if you have allergies definitely open your food before eating may end up with reaction due to orders being wrong !

Where to begin. Not allowed to order w a human. Literally forced to use a kiosk. Tables dirty, and they are literally paying someone to sit in the dining room to make you use the kiosk. There was someone sleeping in the dining room and the food was cold. Sad, Sad. Sad.

Worse taco bell known to man right here ....grilled chicken burrito yea right ....had 1 peice of chicken on it loaded with tortilla strips so it's a tortilla strip burrito ....always forgetting stuff like clockwork no customer service skills at all and then have no problem with arguing about ripping you off I can relate to the inflation crises but come on man that's skimpflation right there ...I don't think you'll get a raise for shorting people ....but I guess it helps when they can take it home after the shift ....steer clear of this taco bell or it will ruin the entire taco bell experience for you just like it has done so many others....I know tb is tb but this location is completely shady ....so heads up peeps you've been warned
