My wife and I both have gotten food poisoning from this Taco Bell……will not return again, don’t recommend. Sad to see people not care about what it who they’re serving….its just a job to get paid and do as little as possible.

Taco bell workers are so polite. I try everyday to stop by and get a side of chicken for my dogs they know how much they love there chicken. Great people.

We were served mostly empty taco shells. I think if I'd just eaten a box of plain taco shells I would've had about the same experience. One taco only had meet in half of it. I don't expect much from fast food, but a completed taco shouldn't be a lot to ask.

This Taco Bell has rarely messed up my order which makes it stand out among other Taco Bells in Indy. One time the drive-thru had a crazy wait time and they forgot one taco once but other than that it's my typical Taco Bell experience. 1.) Crave Taco Bell 2.) Order a metric f*** ton of tacos and burritos 3.) Smash them all in one sitting 4.) Experience pure ecstasy quickly followed by stomach pain 5.) Find relief on the porcelain throne 6.) Repeat The key to any Taco Bell experience is to go in with very, very low expectations. I personally imagine walking in, standing in line for 4 hours and when I get to the front the cashier tells me that they are out of everything that I want and that I'm stupid for not knowing that information. They then dive over the counter and stab me in the eyes with week-old churros and pour Baja Blast down my pants. That way anything that actually happens is surely going to be better than this scenario.

DESERVES 0 STARS... IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...WE ONLY ORDERED 5 easy things and all my food came out disgusting...FIRST OF ALL IM PREGNANT AND CRAVING TACO BELL AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DELIEVER GOOD FOOD...second, when I asked for the nacho fries they said they no longer have them with an attitude, which if that was true why is it still on the menu? Third, we got our food and return home to the fiesta potato bowls having hard as a rock potato's in both of them and they were cold potato's just had hot cheese on them. Fourth, I ask for a beefy 5-layer burrito and got some beef rice and chip burrito that I've never even had before...fifth...when I got home and noticed about the beefy-5 layer I called the store not once, not twice but 5 times...the 3rd time someone picked up the phone and hung it up! So I continued to call until I got someone on the phone, when they finally answered I asked for a manager who apparently was the one who picked up the phone...He gave me the name Shawn which I don't even know if that's his real name he gave me but he stated he was the manager and that I can come back tomorrow and get new food...all this trouble was not worth $12 Taco Bell. IVE WORKED AT TACO BELL BEFORE AND IT IS NOT THAT HARD...IVE BEEN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS! THIS WAS JUST PURE LAZINESS...YOU CAN TELL THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION...I suggest none of you guys go either...SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN

I wish I could give this taco a 0/5! This is the worlds slowest Taco Bell. We were trapped in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. That is insane!! No apology or discount for the inconvenience. Not even a welcome greeting when finally pulling up. Most of the workers were on their phones and seemed annoyed with both the drive thru and in store orders. I would highly recommend driving a little further to the Fall Creek Taco Bell. Don't waste your time with this place.

Never fails. We order from this location probably 2-3 times per month. Usually thru door dash. EVERY SINGLE TIME, there's items missing. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. You literally have to try to be this awful!!!!
Their food has a hot spicy taste to it , it's alright but I think whatever you use in your burger for tacos or just about everything you put beef into is spicy , not everyone can handle the spices in the hamburger.

This Taco Bell does something really wrong. My Mexican pizzas taste like someone dipped them in sump pump basement water. I hope I don't get sick! They better hope so too! That's all for this place. That was nasty!

This November 20th 11:11pm . Whoever made my burritos chicken chipotle no lettuce add rice did a bomb job on it. Not just my burritos my tacos too. Food was fresh and hot and I live 16 mins away and I mean I have never been so satisfied with any Taco Bell as much as I have this one. The night shift is always on go and ready .

I will never come back to this location after giving it multiple chances. They are always out of items that should be in stock, the last 2 times I've gone through drive-thru they have missed items and this last time the employee didn't even apologize....and CLEAN that drive-thru window. I don't think they've cleaned it in the past year. Definitely makes me think they don't clean at all.
