Bad service, every other time I go to taco Bell west 16th St. Employees are rude, slow and there always out of something. Come on ur taco Bell and your out of meat or shells, or cheese always something.

I was so upset when I came thur the drive thur they were rude and the manger was rude as well I wanted to try there new cheese taco she was like I only have one left and it's mine and you can't have it, what manger does that like really and when I went to pay for my order they did tell me they were out of beef until I already paid and she was rude like why couldn't you have told me in the first place you were out of stuff and I won't give them a a star because of this they need to work on there customer service skills

I visit this location often. They are quicker than most but I'm disappointed with their crunchy supreme tacos. They are so soggy on the bottom that I can't pick up and eat the taco which let's me know they have been sitting a while :(
I love love love tacobell and this one is one of the best. They always get my order right the first time but I'm not very picky. l tell you what tho im totally obsessed with there nacho fries. they are Bombm.

The girl at the window, Kinata, has horrible customer service. She is NOT a people person and you can tell she hates her job. I asked for new fries because they weren't even in thier container and she looked at me and told me to drive back around! I will NEVER be back to this location.
