Was better before pandemic. Always short staffed now. Spice level not always as requested. Overall a good Thai restaurant.

I absolutely love the food here. The staff is always super friendly.
Today is the first time I have eaten here during the summer and I have to mark down the stars for the atmosphere because it was hot, uncomfortably hot in this restaurant. So much so that I asked my, totally awesome, server if they had any rubber bands in the back so I could tie my hair up.
This is really disappointing as this made eating anything hot or spicy, which most Thai food is, completely unappetizing.
Thai Orchid if you read this please turn on your air conditioning or consider investing in one of the portable air conditioners. I know every penny counts when running a business but I would venture to say this is detrimental to your business.
Keep up everything else though!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was serious. We were having dinner at Thai Orchid when my boyfriend bit into his food and found sharp metal pieces in it. It could have seriously hurt him. We told the staff right away, but they barely apologized and didn’t seem concerned at all. No offer to comp the meal, no real explanation just shrugged it off. I was shocked at how casually they handled something that could have been dangerous. Definitely not going back!!!

Need to train the server who wear glasses. Doesn't know how to handle issue. The only thing matters to them is Money! Ridiculous. I don't recommend this place.

I want to bring attention to a serious safety issue I experienced during my recent visit to your restaurant. While eating the Pad Thai I ordered, I unexpectedly bit into sharp pieces of steel wool that had somehow ended up in the dish. One of the pieces even cut my tongue, which was not only painful but very concerning.

When I informed the server, I was told we could either receive a replacement dish or continue eating the same one, and the charge for that dish would be removed. While I appreciate the gesture, the response felt inadequate given the potential health risk involved. Ingesting metal is dangerous, and this situation could have had far worse consequences.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and investigate how this happened to prevent it from recurring. Ensuring your kitchen is free from hazards like this is essential for your customers’ safety and trust.

Google Maps indicates the restaurant is open till 9:45. I tried ordering an appetizer at 9pm. Online ordering system is a scam. Have to sign up, give email address AND phone number, only to be told that they're closed after signing up.

BUGS IN FOOD. I've waited a couple weeks hoping the owners would address the issue but we have heard nothing. We recently ordered from Thai Orchid which was our go to. Unfortunately, we found a roach in our food. Will not be returning.

We were a group of 5 ppl, we came in at opening time 4pm. Place was quiet and pleasant, and we didnt have to wait too long. We ordered 8-10 dishes, entrees, mains. All of them were delicious and quite authentic to the Thai Cuisine that you can get in Asia. Portions were really generous size, too. Well done to these people, 5/5.
