Used to be the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. Today I was disappointed. We ordered the Earl’s Court & Cookie Dough. The cake was pretty dry. Used to be a cake I dreamed about so I’m really sad to see something has changed ☹️

Picked up slices of pixie fetti birthday, mint chip and Earls Court cake for a special occasion. I brought them home and we ate them after dinner. Unfortunately no one was wowed by my special surprise and I was really disappointed. Everyone wanted the cake to taste great-and expected it to-but all three slices were dry. Super bummed that I paid $60 for three (big! I’ll give you that) slices of cake and no one was happy.

Absolutely not worth the cost to eat. Wife and I made a special trip down for a belated kids free Valentines date. This place was raved about, both the food and the cakes. I ordered a $51 steak and frites. The steak was undercooked, tough as rocks, with no flavor but the butter that it was drenched in. The wifes' quiche had no flavor which the server didn't notice was an issue that she took one bite of it and hesitated when she was asked if she wanted it boxed up. We stated our issues to the manager and they did comp a portion of the meal which was appreciated. We ordered some dessert to go in an attempt to save the experience. The chocolate cake I got felt dry and the ganache was oily. The icing on my wife's cakes tasted and felt like crisco with a bit of sugar melting in your mouth. We tried the key lime pie we got for her mother and that also tasted like crisco. We won't even give that to her it was so bad. Ive gotten better steaks at Applebee's for a quarter of the price and I've made key lime pie from scratch that could blow what these PROFESSIONALS made out of the water, and I'm lucky if i don't ruin Ramen noodles. Suffice it to say we will not be going back there ever again. There is nothing there that would make us want to give them another chance. This place is all outside appearances with no substance.

NEKA IS AMAZING!!! she is so sweet and hilarious, really makes the spirit in the establishment shine. Our experience was amazing with her!

Cake was my favorite growing up and I hadn’t been there in ages. I stopped in yesterday to pick up a pastry and I got the Marie Antoinette. Oh my goodness it was absolutely delicious. The fresh raspberries with the rose were perfect. I’d already checked out when I saw a gluten-free cake option- will definitely be back to try! It makes me so excited to see more and more gluten-free options!

Dietary restrictions: Macarons have always been gluten free! But I was so surprised to see a brownie and a cake now too!

I made a reservation at Cake Bake in Broad Ripple for a friend's birthday. It was easy to make a reservation online, but they do book up fast. I recommend booking 2 months in advance to have more time options to choose from.
The atmosphere is so cute and great for pictures. The service is great as well.
The food is good, but I would say it is a bit overpriced for what you are getting. Nothing to write home about. The star of our visit was their baguette with butter. This is somewhere I would go back to every once in a blue moon, whether that be for something special or to take someone who is a first-timer.

had the worst experience ever me and my friends booked reservations our server lana was extremely rude she made it very clear she was not happy serving our table the entire time we were there after we received our food she was nowhere to be found didn't check on us to make sure we were enjoying our food or checked to see if we needed any refills it honestly felt like there was some racial motive behind everything because she acted the complete opposite to the group of ladies across from our table..but fast forward on our way out the door lana seen we didn't leave her a tip and walked past us and yelled "hope you ladies have a great night" in the rudest most sarcastic way in front of everyone so yea will never ever come back to this restaurant was truly the most uncomfortable experience no one deserves to be treated that way.
