This is the worst Wendy's In the United States of America. I know because I frequent many Wendy's locations. The food is abysmal and the service no better. I have only been to this location three times and each and every time there was hair in my food. Simply stunning. I will never go back to this location for a delicious Junior Bacon Cheeseburger.

Ordered a meal with Coke Zero via drive through . After paying I was handed a drink and informed that it was a Diet Coke because they don’t have Coke Zero,,, not the end of the world ,, however why couldn’t they say that over the intercom when they confirmed my order?,,,, got my food and went home to find that every item in my order was incorrect except for the fries??,,, well probably because they only have one option of fries . I haven’t been to Wendy’s in quite a while,,, I had a craving for it,, and now I remember one of the reasons that I haven’t been here in so long

Would give them a lower rating if I could. We showed up 10 minutes before they close in the drive through only to tell us "we're closed". When I ask them what time they closed they avoided the question and tried to get us to leave by just saying "Bye". Then when I pressed on, they said midnight (which is true). Wouldn't be surprised if they were in there just chilling for at least the past hour because it's late. Whoever was working tonight’s shift (Monday night) could use a call from senior management.

The food is Wendy's. So it's not going to get 5 stars. Nothing to do with the staff. The service was great. They are really nice there. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Around 5 pm on 12/29/23, My Mom stopped at the Wendy's and ordered the $5 meal deal. The bacon cheese sandwich was put together very sloppy and came apart in her hand with so much Mayo. The fries were cooked in old grease. She called to speak to the manager, who confirmed that it was old grease and said the 1st shift didn't do their job.He apologized, for frying in old grease. She told him she was calling in because it can make people sick, as well as told him her age and that she could not afford to get sick. He apologized again and repeated they cooked it in old grease because he was changing the grease after 1st shift could have done their job better.He ended the call by saying God Bless and Happy New Year.

Food was average. Fries were cold. Did not give or offer ketchup with fries on take out order. Only one person working behind counter taking orders during lunch. Had to leave....very uncomfortable clientele and the pot smell was overwhelming.

The Traders Point area is not known for being the hood. So shockingly the entire crew including the manager IS hood. Guess this location will be closing shortly as others have recently been shut down, due to hiring any, and I mean anybody, that comes off the street...

My favorite thing about this Wendy's is all the weight gain I avoid when I hit the drive through an hour before they close and the crew ignores everyone until they drive off. Because you might as well clean up an hour before you close. Saves time getting out of there.

Tonight drove up to the drive through at Wendy's to order food. First of all I sat in the line for 10mins before getting to the speaker. When I arrived the person says go ahead with your order . I preceded to tell her what I want. She didn't understand me so she said "what" I repeated myself. I ask for a. Chesseburger Biggie Bag. The woman continue to rise her voice telling me that I could not have a chesse burger she said all of the the items has cheese with bacon etc. I said can I have a cheeseburger. At that point the person said you can go somewhere else. What is wrong customer service today. I do understand customers are not always right but this person was wrong. And the peanut gallery wasn't any help. The manger was stand right in window listening to her employee talking to a customer that way . Well she is right I will go to another establishment that doesn't treat customers like we owe them something.

So I came out this way this morning to take my dog to petsmart for a haircut. While we’re waiting me and my son thought hey let’s go get breakfast. Every time I come to this Wendy’s location they never have anything lol. The one time I come here for breakfast and they don’t have eggs or orange juice at about 10am ?. The last time I think they were out of fries. I would think this area would be much better with their services.

This Wendy’s was so clean and the food was made perfectly. The service was the best part! Delicia made sure that everything was clean and taken care of and she went above and beyond.
