A kokomo classic with arguably the best ice cream in town, rivaled perhaps by cone palace. It's always a sad day when they close for the winter and a great day when they open in the spring.
Okay, so the place isn't much to look at. Don't let that deter you. It's worth the trip. As frozen custard places go, this place actually delivers some delicious delights as opposed to just phoning it in while cashing in on the nostalgia that surrounds a local institution like this.
Never had a tin roof sundae before and didn't realize that if you take the top off, the marshmallow expands out and overflows the cup. Lesson learned.

Amazing icecream no matter what you get! Staff are also very kind. Been here about four times now and I'm pleased to say you can get pretty much anything that sounds good to you and you won't be disappointed! Only had two occasions where I've ran into any issues, once instead of a two dollar tip it got charged as a twenty dollar tip on my card (They said they couldn't refund it since it was on my card but they did apologize and said they could leave a note...
